  • I'm beginner in English language, is this the right package for me?

    Definitely. VR-Language includes six different language levels from beginner to advanced. It starts from the basics of English through higher levels.

  • How much time do I need to spend daily?

    As all materials are online, you can go through them at your own pace, and it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months to complete based on your approved level, subscription plan and most importantly how much time you spend daily to learn. Recommended daily time for using VR-Language is at least 30 minutes, divided to 15 minutes using VR platform and 15 minutes Learn Space.

  • How can I learn Vocabulary and Grammar?

    Vocabulary, Grammar and Pronunciation are three minor skills in learning a language. In VR-Language software you’ll learn most of them through the contexts and there is no traditional way of learning them directly.

    There is an important fact in learning English. Just knowing words and grammar doesn’t necessarily mean knowing that specific language. Every language learner needs to communicate a language, not learn a language like a linguist.

    When it comes to learning how to speak a language, CONFIDENCE is number one item to succeed than being worried about accuracy. In our software, grammar is just used as a sub-player in the Learn Space activities.

  • Will VR-Language prepare me to take any official exams?

    Yes and no! To be ready for any official or international exams like IELTS®, TOEFL® or Cambridge exams (FCE, CAE and CPE), you need to grow your general language proficiency first in all four skills. Our software can help you more in listening and speaking skills.

  • How effective is VR-Language for me to learn English?

    In learning a language, “practice” is the first and foremost important factor for success. As more time you spend on resources and reviewing them, you would surely have higher ability in that language.

    However, the exercises and simulated situations have designed by experienced linguists and IT exports. The main materials of VR-Language have been compiled by Crosscut academic committee since 2017 called Situational Conversation Coursebooks. By the end of 2020, more than 9,500 English learners have graduated from this system.

    The only thing you need, is being committed to do your daily practice, and devoting your time regularly to pick up language deeper and sooner.

  • How is the procedure of using VR-Language platform?

    After choosing your desired subscription and completing the registration steps, whether Monthly or Lifetime plan, you would have a placement test which takes just 10 minutes to know more about your exact level. Then you would have a “passcode” to unluck VR contents specific to the course you are in as well as related extra activities in the “Learn Space” in your profile.

    You would have regular mini quizzes and reviews to recycle your previous lessons.

  • What is “Learn Space”?

    “Learn Space” is an online platform on your website profile which includes worksheets, vocabulary recall games, listening activities, transcripts, pronunciation clinic, spelling check and a lot more to have a deep and quality learning.

  • Where can I see my activities and situation results?

    Once you finished one role-play on VR platform, on your website profile, you would have access to your Learn Space materials based on having extra activities and your errors you may have.

  • What languages does the software support?

    Currently VR-Language just teaches English. However, our team are working hard to add 9 widely used languages according to the number of their users.

  • Is there a free trial of the services?

    Yes. In our VR-Language software, 3 scenarios, 10+ Role-plays and access to the DEMO of all other role-plays are freely accessible to all users. However, only full members can access and review the complete package of the subscribed level(s).

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept common credit and debits cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal and by bank transfer.

  • How secure is the payment process?

    We use the most stringent industry standard 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption to protect sensitive data, such as credit card numbers, during your transaction.

  • Will my email address be added to any mailing lists when I register?

    When you register with VR-Language, we will not pass your information to other sources. Your email address will only be added to our weekly newsletter mailing list. Newsletters will either contain updates to newly-published content on our software, or some useful educational materials linked to your level. You may at any time unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of every email that we send to you.

  • My email address has changed. How can I update my details?

    To update your email address, please log into your profile area and click on ‘Edit’ in your account in the Account box. You will be able to edit your account details.

  • I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

    You can reset your password by clicking the 'Lost your password?' link. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If you are still having problems, please contact us.

  • How much is a subscription and how do I purchase one?

    To check our current prices and purchase a subscription, go to pricing plans.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    ‘Monthly Plan’ subscriptions are subject to automatic re-billing and will automatically renew at the end of the plan’s billing cycle. You may cancel the Recurring Payment at anytime by clicking the Cancel button in the billing section of your profile. Your subscription will be valid till the end of the current billing cycle and your card, PayPal or bank account will no longer be charged.

  • How can I request an invoice?

    To receive an invoice for a subscription plan you have just purchased, write to or send us a request through our contact form page. We will use your information in your profile area when issuing an invoice. If you want us to issue to a different company, please include the company details.
